At Eden Fitness Studio, we’re redefining women’s fitness with a clean, safe, and empowering environment. Established in 2019, we began as a personal training studio focused on helping women achieve their fitness goals with expert guidance and unwavering support.

In November 2024, we expanded with our Private Women’s Gym, a reservation-only facility offering 24-hour access. With uncrowded workout stations, state-of-the-art equipment, and privacy at its core, Eden ensures every woman feels confident and comfortable, whether training solo or with one of our skilled female personal trainers.

About the Founder: Tammy Foxx

Tammy Foxx launched her fitness career in 2009 with Bridal Fitness Coach, dedicated to helping brides achieve their goals. Recognizing the male-dominated gym culture, Tammy envisioned a women-focused fitness haven. In 2019, she brought this vision to life with Eden Fitness Studio, a space where women’s health and wellness take center stage.
