Prenatal Yoga

Join me, Erica, on Sunday afternoons for a nurturing and empowering prenatal yoga experience designed to support you through every stage of pregnancy. This class blends movement, breath, and sound to help you feel strong, centered, and deeply connected with your baby.
Mindfulness & Intention – Begin with meditation to connect with your baby and set an intention.
Gentle Vinyasa Flow – Move through a 20-minute sequence to build strength, flexibility, and ease.
Core & Pelvic Floor – Strengthen and support your body with safe, intentional exercises.
Stretch & Sound Healing – Unwind with deep stretching as sound bowls guide you into relaxation.
Closing Meditation & Sound Bath – Absorb the vibrations of the sound bowls as you reconnect with your intention and prepare to step back into your day.
All expecting moms are welcome—honor your body, listen to your baby, and move with intention.
