We offer one-on-one personal training, as well as small group classes and semi-private training—each designed to help you train with confidence and know what to do when you walk into the gym.
For women new to Eden or new to lifting, small group and semi-private sessions can be the ideal place to start. They offer structure, expert guidance, and a setting designed to help you build confidence—an approachable way to begin if you’re not ready to invest in one-on-one training just yet.

Small Group Classes: Connection Meets Coaching
Our small group classes are just that—small. With only five to six women per session, you’ll get the energy of working out with others, plus the hands-on coaching that makes every move feel intentional.
These classes are perfect if you’re looking to add variety to your workouts, learn new movements, or feel supported in a space that’s focused and distraction-free. Current offerings include Bloom & Breathe, a gentle prenatal yoga series with Erica, and Sweatgood with Simone, a full-body strength and cardio class built to challenge and empower.
Eden’s Strong Start Series: A Confident Introduction to Strength Training
Enrollment opens soon for Eden’s Strong Start series—our new six-week semi-private strength training program designed for women who are new to lifting, new to Eden, or ready to feel more confident using the Smith machine, squat rack, and other strength equipment.
Each session includes just four women, so you’ll receive personalized coaching in a small group setting. It’s all about building confidence, learning proper form, and understanding how to structure a workout that works for you.
Eden’s Strong Start series is for you if:
You’re new to strength training or gym settings
You want a clear, supportive introduction to lifting
You’re a new Eden member looking to get comfortable in the space
You’re curious about personal training, but want to begin with a structured small group
This program is a powerful way to build foundational strength and gain the knowledge to train independently, or continue into one-on-one coaching when you’re ready.
