Meet Jasmine Sandoval
Hi, I’m Jasmine, and my passion for health and fitness stems from my own transformative journey. Years ago, I received a wake-up call after being diagnosed with an autoimmune and inflammatory disease. As my health declined due to the condition and side effects of medications, I knew I needed to make a change.
Rather than following fad diets, I embraced portion control, nutrient-dense foods, and consistent exercise. This approach helped me lose over 100 pounds, but more importantly, it gave me confidence, strength, energy, and a renewed passion for life.
Now, I strive to help women of all ages, from 20 to 89, achieve their fitness goals through personalized exercise programs. My programs combine foundational movement patterns, strength, flexibility, and balance to create sustainable, effective routines tailored to each individual’s needs.
In my free time, I enjoy walking, reading, sketching, and observing the birds and butterflies in my garden, which reminds me of life’s simple joys.
