Meet Karen Bayley-Ewell

I specialize in endurance training, speed development, strength training, kettlebell training, boxing, core strength and stability, and rehabilitation from sports injuries. Over the years, I’ve worked with clients of all fitness levels, from peri- and postmenopausal women to older adults and beyond.

Personal training is more than teaching exercises or lifting weights—it’s about building connections and helping people overcome fears and roadblocks to make meaningful lifestyle changes. I believe in empowering clients to think differently about health, fitness, and, most importantly, themselves.

My fitness journey began in the mid-90s and has taken me around the globe. I have completed 10 ultra-distance races in mountainous locations and numerous self-supported training marathons. For me, the gym is a toolbox—a place to build the strength and resilience needed to enjoy the activities we love outside fully.
