Meet Simone Gardinier

Greetings! My name is Simone. My health and wellness journey began in 2016 when I lost 70 pounds naturally by embracing a lifestyle centered on nutritious food, HIIT, resistance training, and Mindfulness. This transformation inspired me to become a wellness coach and help other women achieve their health goals.

As a coach, I am passionate, goal-driven, and committed to empowering my clients to adopt sustainable, healthy habits. My methods are rooted in my "M3 Formula"—Movement, balanced Meals, and Mindfulness—which form the foundation of every client’s fitness journey. I create customized programs that evolve with each client’s unique goals and fitness level by prioritizing safety and mastering the fundamentals.

My sessions incorporate core strengthening, endurance, functional and resistance training, and plyometrics to ensure every workout is effective, challenging, and fresh. I specialize in weight loss, glute building, posture correction, core strengthening, and nutrition coaching.
